Green cellular protection

With active ingredients green tea, L-glutathione and other vital vegetable extracts

Green tea extract

Green tea

The active compounds found in the leaves of the original tea bush, otherwise known as green tea (camellia sinensis), are responsible for its use as an effective tonic, fat burner and folk remedy for thousands of years. These active constituents are regarded by many as the reason that the Japanese have the highest life expectancy and the lowest incidence of disease in the world. The green tea extract used in ResverAge® is 15 times stronger than regular green tea, constituting a rich source of bioactive phytochemical substances like polyphenols (catechins, flavonols, phenol acids) and methylxanthines (caffeine, theophylline, theobromine).

Green tea

Catechins are crucial because they regulate the activity of numerous enzymes. Along with the combined action of the caffeine and phenol acids in green tea extract, they  also help to intensify thermogenesis by inhibiting the COMT enzyme, supporting the decomposition of fatty tissue and the consumption of stored fats.

Green tea also helps prevent the splitting and processing of environmental toxins associated with cancer.

Other effects may also protect the body against unhealthy cell growth.  Green tea also helps maintain healthy blood flow, improving the body's resistance to free radicals.

L-glutathione

This vital substance derived from the amino acids L-glutamine, L-cysteine and glycine is indispensable for the functioning of each and ever cell in the body.  In nature, it's also a very common and potent plant protector, with properties similar to antibiotics.  When combined with selenium and other vitamins, L-glutathione works to neutralize aggressive oxygen molecules and prepares vitamin B and vitamin C that's already become oxidized for reuse. Glutathione may also contribute to the healthy dilatation of the coronary vessels and also helps ensure a good supply of oxygen during exercise.

Some additional benefits are:

  • helps support orderly cell division,
  • aids in the repair of defective genes,
  • strengthens the body's immune defenses
  • benefits mental fitness
  • supports healthy concentration and memory
  • helps fight free radicals.

Valuable ingredients from

broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Brussels sprouts, spinach, radish, carrots, beetroot, tomato, celery, onion and leek also assist in cellular protection.
